Bishopric?

Happy late Thankgiving. I would blog about it, but I didn't take any pictures. Rigby was great, Twilight was great. I am the official queen of Guitar Hero...Only when I play on medium. The food, naturally, was awesome. Thanks mom. We were espically grateful for mom and dad's new HEPA filter on their furnace. This was the first time in a long time that we didn't sleep in the RV due to a cat allergy to a cat that my parents refuse to get rid of. It isn't even a nice cat, if you are in bare feet, she will hide behind a corner and jump out and attack your bare tootsies. Anyway, I wasn't going to write about Thanksgiving. I was going to write about the weekend before Thanksgiving.

About 15 min after the BYU vs. Utah game (sniff sniff) we get a phone call for Andy to schedule a meeting with the Stake President the next morning. So we sit up all night contemplating what it could be.

Long story short, Andy got called to be the 2nd councilor in the Bishopric. What? We aren't even 30 yet. But we are greatful for the opportunity. I think it will be good for him. Feel free to sit next to Maren and I during Sacrament Meeting.

Hope you don't mind that we sat next to you. Kate can be a distraction so just tell us to leave if you feel the need.

Not surprised...it's fun to see Andy sitting up there. Has he figured out the how to raise/lower the podium yet?

He'll do an awesome job. I'd come sit by you if I could. Just make sure he doesn't sleep while he's up there. He's way to young to pull that trick :)
